How to post videos in forums

Salam alaikum everyone.
First of all sooo sorry i dont speak arabic. But I understand it pretty well alhamdulillah.I wanted to ask as we post images in forums with 'img' code...how do we post videos then??? please help me..
what kind of links and codes are neccessary to post them.
