Orange-Cranberry Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 ( 4.3 to 6 oz.) package long grain and wild rice mix with herb seasoning packet
  • Additional ingredients to prepare rice mix according to package instructions
  • 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's? Sweet Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. COOK rice mix according to stovetop package directions using water and butter or olive oil.
  2. STIR cranberries, marmalade and almonds into cooked rice mixture as soon as cooking is complete.
  3. COVER saucepan and let stand 5 minutes.
