Cran-Raspberry Snowball Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's? Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 (1 liter) bottles lemon or lime flavored seltzer water, chilled
  • 1 (1.75 qt.) container vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. PLACE jam in punch bowl. Stir until set is loosened and smooth.
  2. STIR in cranberry juice until blended. Add seltzer water.
  3. SCOOP ice cream using a medium ice cream scoop and add to punch mixture. Stir gently. Serve immediately.
